Returns & Cancellation Policy
At RELiVO, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy is designed to comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Protection Regulations.
1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
How to Cancel: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email at relivorelease@gmail.com.
Condition of Product: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and shows no signs of use. Due to the nature of wellness products, items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery:
Please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect.
Once we confirm the fault, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost after we receive and inspect the defective unit.
3. The Return Process
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a defect:
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to one of our international warehouses. We recommend using a tracked/registered mail service, as RELiVO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Custom Orders: Please note that since orders are processed specifically for each customer, we cannot intercept a package once it has been dispatched. You must receive the delivery first and then proceed with the return process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (to confirm it meets our return criteria):
Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal).
Restocking Fee: In accordance with standard industry practices for non-defective returns, a 5% administrative/restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Bank Transfers: Refunds for payments made via bank transfer will be issued via bank draft or wire transfer.
