Terms and Conditions - RELiVO

1. General

The website RELiVO (hereinafter: "the Site") is an online store offering wellness and health products. The Site is owned and operated by RELiVO (hereinafter: "the Company"). Use of the Site and/or purchasing products through the Site constitutes your full agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Images are for illustration purposes only; minor variations between digital images and the physical product may occur.

2. Medical Disclaimer & User Acknowledgment (CRITICAL)

Not a Medical Device: The user acknowledges that RELiVO products, including the Release Pro, are wellness and personal care tools and are NOT classified as medical devices. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Assumption of Risk: Use of the device is at the user's sole risk and discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any physical injury, health complications, or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use despite pre-existing medical conditions.

Contraindications: Use is strictly prohibited for individuals with the following conditions: pregnancy, cardiac pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), inflammatory skin diseases, severe varicose veins, or open wounds in the treatment area. Users must consult a physician before use if they have any health concerns.

3. Mandatory Safety Instructions

Intensity Levels: Users must begin at the lowest intensity level to test skin sensitivity.

Usage Duration: Do not exceed 20 minutes of continuous use in a single session.

Skin Marking: Reddish or dark circular marks (cupping marks) are a normal physiological response and are temporary. By using the device, the user acknowledges and accepts the aesthetic appearance of these marks and agrees that they do not constitute a product defect.

Frequency: Allow the skin to recover for several days before re-treating the same specific area.

4. Returns & Cancellations (Hygiene Policy)

Right to Cancel: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of the device (direct contact with skin), returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the hygiene seal is broken or the product has been used, it is non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons under UK law.

Return Costs: For non-defective returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Warranty & Service

Limited Warranty: The device comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering internal manufacturing defects or technical failures.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water ingress, normal battery wear and tear, or unauthorized repair attempts.

Process: Defective units will be inspected by our technical team. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days. During peak periods or logistical disruptions, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Liability: The Company is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure, customs clearance, postal strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including UK Consumer Law), RELiVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Site, including design, branding, the RELiVO trademark, and content, are the exclusive property of the Company. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
